    1. organic - A: Natural; as, Organic farming doesn't rely
    on pesticides or artificial fertilizers. Greek organikos
    (bodily organ).

    2. nutrient - C: Nourishing food that sustains plants and
    animals; as, Broccoli is nutrient-packed. Latin nutrire (to
    nourish).

    3. tofu - C: Soybean product (bean curd) that is a good, no-
    cholesterol source of protein; as, Tofu resembles a soft,
    white, cheeselike food.

    4. cholesterol - B: Fat-related substance necessary for
    health; as, Too much cholesterol is associated with heart
    disease.

    5. vitamin - A: Organic substance found in many foods and
    essential for normal functioning of the body; as, vitamin
    B-6 from meats, whole grains, nuts and the like. Coined by
    Polish biochemist Casimir Funk in 1911.

    that acts as a natural tranquilizer. It is stimulated by
